This project website relates to the proposed logistics development at land known as Lothian Gateway, Bathgate. We are keen to gain the views of the community and local stakeholders and we welcome any feedback you may have on the proposed development.

Castlebrooke HS2 Developments Ltd and Riddochhill Developments Ltd are seeking the views of the public on their proposals for the following proposed development:

‘Proposed industrial and logistics development with ancillary uses, landscaping, SUDS, parking, access, land remediation, other ancillary works and all associated infrastructure’

The address of the proposed development is ‘Riddochhill Colliery Site, Inchmuir Road, Whitehill Industrial Estate, Bathgate’.

We held our first public consultation event in respect of our proposals on 6th June 2023.

We have now organised a second public consultation event to showcase our updated proposals, and provide an overview of the feedback we received at the first event.

The second consultation event will be held at Blackburn Partnership Centre (Ashgrove, Blackburn, EH47 7LL) on Thursday 31st August 2023 from 4:30pm to 8:00pm.

Representatives from the design team will be available to discuss the proposals during the drop in exhibition.
